This file contains an update for my "groundhandling" gauges V3.2, and corrects
a sound-playing bug that becomes appearant when the FS framerate drops below
approximately 15 fps:
- Pushback conversion sounds may be garbled, do not start at all, or stop
  prematurely.
- A pushback message already becomes audible when you click the AUDIO switch.

Installation:
=============

1. Overwrite your current rcb_groundhandling.cab file by the one included in
   this archive (dated 6 oct. 2004).
   The usual location for this .cab file is in folder ...\gauges\

2. If you want to use the updated gauges, you have to edit each panel.cfg
   file that uses the groundhandling gauges.

Compared to the original gauge defintion for V3.2, the following lines must be
changed:

gauge00=rcb_groundhandling!XMLSoundSwitchA,  0,  0, 50, 36
gauge08=rcb_groundhandling!XMLSoundServerA,0,0
gauge10=rcb_sound!sound,0,0,,,1088 9999 95

In other words, the required changes are:
- Replace the string "XMLSoundSwitch" by "XMLSoundSwitchA"
- Replace the string "XMLSoundServer" by "XMLSoundServerA"
- Replace the string "9998" by "1088"

Notes:
1. To avoid compatibility problems, I have added (NOT: replaced) the updated
   gauges in the new rcb_groundhandling.cab file. So if you don't change the
   panel.cfg, your current panel.cfg will still work (but of course without
   solving the sound problem)
2. Since the gauge rcb_sound.gau also contains a small bug (which is beyond
   my control), I used a new "sound initialisation frequency" (108.8 Mhz
   instead of 999.8 Mhz) to work-around this bug.
   Hence: IF YOU DO CHANGE THE PANEL.CFG, ALWAYS MAKE THE 3 MODIFICATIONS.
   If you don't, sound will not be audible at all.
